PANELESS STAFF

The Paneless staff is amazing! Their great attitude makes our work a joy. You can be confident that the people pictured here are our employees, the same smiling faces arriving at your home or business. It is our policy to not use sub-contractors.

Markedly, our team members are fully bonded for theft, are covered under a general liability policy and protected by worker’s compensation. Our team is background checked, referenced checked, and those who drive have a valid Texas driver’s license covered under our commercial auto policy.

Additionally, the Paneless staff is continuously trained throughout the year. Training focuses on safety issues, customer service, and the benefits, process, and price of each service we offer. We dedicate Wednesday mornings to provide feedback, practice role play, and test knowledge. This time is also used for personal development where we discuss things like emotional intelligence, positivity, and so much more.

Ultimately, Paneless seeks to build long-lasting relationships with our team so that you can see familiar faces each visit and enjoy them as much as we do.

Many apply. Few meet our high expectations.

 SPENDING TIME TOGETHER

The Paneless staff works hard, and we play hard. Take some time to view our fun days. We enjoy picnics, basketball games, pumpkin carving, axe throwing, escape rooms, and so much more. Above all, spending time together outside of work helps us bond as a team and deepen our relationships. Moreover, we really are a family, standing by each other through the ups and downs of life. Our family is honored to serve yours.

RO technology is reverse osmosis water that is filtered through a five-stage process. This process removes all total dissolved solids and chlorine that cause water to spot or dry hard because of minerals. Since the water is pure, it acts as a cleaning agent itself. Water loves minerals so when we remove those minerals, it wants them back. We refer to it as thirsty water. So ask yourself, what is in soil? Minerals. Now you have water that wants minerals. So we use this RO water to adsorb the soil on a window or floor surfaces. This RO water is incorporated into the majority of the services we provide.
