PANELESS COMPANY POLICIES

Cancellation Policy

At Paneless Home Services, we believe our customer is top priority. If we reserved our schedule for you, we will turn others away. In order to keep our crews busy and have time to schedule new services if you need to cancel we require at least 72 hours notice in advance of your scheduled date. All services $250.00 and below will incur a $25.00 cancellation fee. All Services $250.00 and above will incur a 10% fee of total scheduled services if not cancelled at least 72 hours prior to your cleaning date.

Service Minimum Policy

Paneless Home Services has a minimum job requirement of $100.00 for window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and smaller miscellaneous jobs. We have a $150.00 minimum for all floor services and power washing.

Rain Guarantee

Our rain guarantee is reserved for recurring customers who have agreed to service twice a year or more. We also offer this to first time customers so they may experience one of the added benefits of choosing Paneless. The guarantee covers exposed glass only. No screens will be removed. No areas covered by porches or overhangs will be cleaned. This does not cover pool sweeps, pest services, or anything else other than rain that may spot windows. This guarantee is only good for 30 days from the day of service.

Estimate Policy

Estimates are valid for 30 days. Prices are subject to change if the scope of work is changed or the condition of windows, floors, gutters, etc. are different than what was noted during the estimate.

Pricing Policy

In general, we try to keep pricing as quoted, however, there are some circumstances that change the price based on variables. Examples are but not limited to: gutter cleaning (how full they are, clogged downspouts), power washing (if there is excessive mold, stains), or new windows (different style, glue, tape, mortar) or solar screens have been installed.  Some pricing is adjusted on an as needed basis to reflect our current rates.
