Proper Rinsing & Extraction

The service industry has many carpet cleaning companies and just as many techniques to attempt carpet cleaning. There are dry cleaners, steam cleaners, and even buffers that claim to do the job. Aside from professional companies, one can rent or purchase a machine from local grocery stores or even buy a powder or spray. The fact remains that most of the methods out there leave home and business owners dissatisfied, tired, and frustrated. Some experience wicking and others may experience dirty carpet soon after service because excessive cleaning agents were not properly extracted or rinsed. Paneless is concerned with providing sanitary and safe floors for children and pets. We have invested in the best equipment and certified technicians to clean, rinse, and extract properly.

A UNIQUE SOLUTION FOR CARPET CLEANING

Like most companies we will move light furniture, such as dining chairs and foot stools. However, that is where the similarities end. Our carpet cleaning process and technology allow us to use half the cleaning agent that is recommended. This coupled with our pure water technology leave carpets in homes and businesses cleaner than expected. The most noticeable differences are:

The proper method for cleaning carpets is a five-stage process. Paneless Home Services takes a comprehensive approach to cleaning. This means we will not skip steps and will not underestimate with the intention to upsell each step needed to properly clean. We take our time to deliver quality and do not operate with a business model of low pricing and high volume. We love to educate on how to maintain cleaning results and how our process saves money because cleaning is required less often. Due to trade secrets, we can only detail our entire method with a consultation.

ODOR AND STAIN REMOVAL

      • Water Claw
      • Moisture Meters
      • Urine Detection Equipment

Sometimes the pets we love so dearly can leave behind a not so pleasant smell. Has a carpet cleaner ever taken the time to show you how many spots your pet has left? Paneless has the equipment to identify the areas of concern and prove the results after treatment. We use enzymes and a controlled flood method, where appropriate, to treat not only the carpet but the padding for odor removal. We carry a wide variety of solutions for stains and odors and have successfully cleaned blood, urine, and paint out of carpets. This is not always guaranteed as it is highly dependent on what products have been used and how the stains were handled prior to our arrival. However, we take pride in knowing that stains other companies have left behind, we were able to permanently remove!

ADDED PROTECTION AVAILABLE

After we have completed cleaning, Paneless recommends treating carpets with a protectant. This first works to repel spills so they remain on the surface. Then it helps resist dirt so that it does not adhere to the carpet and protects the fiber from top to bottom. Protectants have long been used to prolong the life of carpet and now many manufacturers treat carpet before it is purchased. However, it does break down with heavy traffic and even during a proper steam cleaning. It should be reapplied occasionally for maximum protection.

RO technology is reverse osmosis water that is filtered through a five-stage process. This process removes all total dissolved solids and chlorine that cause water to spot or dry hard because of minerals. Since the water is pure, it acts as a cleaning agent itself. Water loves minerals so when we remove those minerals, it wants them back. We refer to it as thirsty water. So ask yourself, what is in soil? Minerals. Now you have water that wants minerals. So we use this RO water to adsorb the soil on a window or floor surfaces. This RO water is incorporated into the majority of the services we provide.
