Prevent Corrosion Buildup

Outdoor porch lamps are important for both the ambiance and security of your home or business. Overtime dirt, soot, and dead insects cover the fixture reducing the lighting and appeal. Most manufactures recommend porch lamp cleaning at least twice a year.

paneless porch lamp CLEANING PROCESS

The Paneless porch lamp cleaning process includes removal of dust and debris that accumulates at the bottom of the lamp. Then each piece of glass is cleaned and polished with the same polishing Teflon product used on chandeliers and mirrors. The result is a sparkling lamp that is sure to catch the eye of your visitors and deter security risk.

In some instances, gas lamps emit fumes that will enter the pores of the glass and corrode the surface after prolonged exposure. This corrosion can be identified by a bright white glazed area at the top of the lamp. In addition, an overall dull and dingy appearance of the glass and metal surfaces will be noticed. When this corrosion is present, Paneless has a solution for corrosion removal and sealing.

Lastly, if replacement bulbs are provided we will save you the hassle of reaching porch lamps and replace them while cleaning. Porch lamps are typically cleaned as an add-on to window cleaning or soft washing services. We recommend having them cleaned at least every six months along with exterior window cleaning to keep corrosion from building up.

PANELESS fan CLEANING PROCESS

Paneless cleans the external surface of the fan motor house, each fan blade, and light bulbs, if present. Our fan cleaning process involves using a damp microfiber towel to ensure dirt and debris do not become airborne. A friendly technician will replace burnt out bulbs when replacements are provided. It is recommended to clean fans monthly, and no less than quarterly, depending on placement and personal health requirements. Someone who suffers from dust allergies would benefit from a monthly cleaning.

Fan cleaning is generally an add on service while Paneless is there to perform blind cleaning or chandelier polishing.

RO technology is reverse osmosis water that is filtered through a five-stage process. This process removes all total dissolved solids and chlorine that cause water to spot or dry hard because of minerals. Since the water is pure, it acts as a cleaning agent itself. Water loves minerals so when we remove those minerals, it wants them back. We refer to it as thirsty water. So ask yourself, what is in soil? Minerals. Now you have water that wants minerals. So we use this RO water to adsorb the soil on a window or floor surfaces. This RO water is incorporated into the majority of the services we provide.
