paneless WINDOW CLEANING process

Unless specified, we trust our crew leaders to determine the best cleaning method for the specific conditions of your home. For instance, if safety is a concern with windows that are obstructed or very high our tech may advise using our water-fed pole. However, if heavy build-up is present or windows will leak, cleaning by hand may be the best window cleaning solution. Paneless is equipped with specialty solutions for construction clean-ups, grease, and rust removals to conquer the toughest of window cleaning needs.

Window Cleaning By Hand

The traditional window cleaning method is by hand with soap and squeegee. First, we remove screens and brush them out. Then our trained technician will use a t-mop to soak the window with cleaning solution, scrub to remove build-up, and razor if required and safe to do so. Lastly, we squeegee and detail the window and wipe the framework by hand.

RO Technology to clean windows

An alternative window cleaning method uses reverse osmosis technology. Purified water is fed through a pole in a light stream to a soft bristled brush that scrubs the window and then rinses. The flow is a rate of 4 psi compared to a power washer that is 3,000 psi. It is as harmless as rain hitting the window but flushes out the framework better than hand washing and leaves zero soap residue. Windows dry spot free and stay clean longer.

Screen Cleaning and Interior Track Service

Paneless will remove and clean all screens. Each screen is brushed with a screen brush and then the frame is wiped with a microfiber towel. We do have an optional UV protectant that we can apply to prolong the life of your screens. We also have our optional track service.

UV PROTECTANT

This service is an additional cost but Paneless carries a product that can be applied to the mesh of each screen to restore it back to its original look.  This product has a UV protectant built in to lessen damaging sun rays. This service is not recommended on screens that are too worn and already showing silver.

INTERIOR window TRACKs

Track service is optional and quoted separately so you can customize your window cleaning and savings. For instance, if you are selling your home or never open your windows this might be an unnecessary expense. If selected, we clean window tracks top to bottom and sides. Then loose dirt, cobwebs, and dead insect build-up is removed. Finally, side tracks are oiled to help the window open easily.

JAW-DROPPING RESULTS = SATISFIED window cleaning CUSTOMER

RO technology is reverse osmosis water that is filtered through a five-stage process. This process removes all total dissolved solids and chlorine that cause water to spot or dry hard because of minerals. Since the water is pure, it acts as a cleaning agent itself. Water loves minerals so when we remove those minerals, it wants them back. We refer to it as thirsty water. So ask yourself, what is in soil? Minerals. Now you have water that wants minerals. So we use this RO water to adsorb the soil on a window or floor surfaces. This RO water is incorporated into the majority of the services we provide.
