High Dusting

Paneless carries indoor scaffolding, telescopic extension poles, and ladders of all sizes to help with any dusting project. Below are the two most common scenarios but we have been enlisted to dust high ceilings and rafters in restaurants and warehouse facilities.

Option 1: Select Areas

This normally involves minimal dusting either above cabinets, high entrances, or even the corners of high ceilings.

Option 2: Complete Dusting Top-To-Bottom

This is a more aggressive approach involving the use of special cloths and tall poles to wipe dust from ceiling to floor. Most customers that take this approach are often wrapping up a remolding project, new construction, or simply ready for a deep spring cleaning.

MIRROR POLISHING

Mirrors can be a beautiful addition to your home or business, making spaces look brighter or more open. However, mirrors can be tricky to clean as they tend to show more streaks than window glass. Fortunately, we have a process of polishing that will give your mirrors a shine and make them easier to maintain.

All mirrors are carefully polished using the same anti-static product that is used for chandelier and lamp cleaning. This product not only polishes the mirror but adds a coating that makes the surface more resistant to micro scratching and fingerprints.

Shower Glass Restoration & Sealing

One of the most difficult things to clean in any home can be a glass shower stall. It seems as if it would be easy enough with so many products available but that is not always the case. Hard water deposits will often sit in the pores of the glass just below the surface. When elbow grease and frustration don’t pay off, let us use our shower restoration process to make your shower stall look like new!

We offer a 3-step method for restoring glass.

Step 1: Regular Cleaning – This removes the surface dirt and grime, but also allows us to determine the level of corrosion removal that is needed.

Step 2: Corrosion Removal – This process involves using a specialized solution that penetrates the pores of the glass to dissolve and remove the hard water buildup.

Step 3: Clean & Seal – The glass is cleaned again and dried. We then treat the glass with a sealing agent that fills in the pores of the glass and prevents hard water deposits from causing subsurface stains. The sealant will generally last about three to six months and will then need to be reapplied.

Light Bulb Replacement

Do you have hard to reach light outlets? Count on Paneless to easily solve this issue. We have two options for bulb replacement:

Option 1: Select Replacement

This is an add-on service typically performed during a scheduled window cleaning. There may be one or two bulbs that are too high to reach without proper ladders or extension poles. If replacement bulbs are provided, we are happy to assist with this task.

Option 2: Whole Home Replacement

From time to time, our clients will call us to replace all bulbs in their home or business to prevent sporadic burnouts or even replace with more energy efficient LED bulbs. If you choose this option, an estimator will come out to inventory everything needed making sure to get the correct wattage and color temperature.  Replacement bulbs will be purchased and scheduled for install.

Battery Replacement in Smoke Detectors

Paneless is happy to assist with battery replacements. Many of our customers do not possess the ladders needed so this is an add-on typically requested with a window cleaning work order. Mention this need during your estimate or to a friendly scheduler so we can make sure the equipment necessary is loaded. We do ask that you supply the batteries for your smoke detectors.

RO technology is reverse osmosis water that is filtered through a five-stage process. This process removes all total dissolved solids and chlorine that cause water to spot or dry hard because of minerals. Since the water is pure, it acts as a cleaning agent itself. Water loves minerals so when we remove those minerals, it wants them back. We refer to it as thirsty water. So ask yourself, what is in soil? Minerals. Now you have water that wants minerals. So we use this RO water to adsorb the soil on a window or floor surfaces. This RO water is incorporated into the majority of the services we provide.
