POWER WASHING

Paneless Home Services is equipped with professional grade power washers that have adjustable pressure from 3000 to 4000 psi. Pressure washing uses high pressure and a low flow to deep clean very hard surfaces like concrete. It is important to use a trained professional with the proper equipment to avoid leaving lines that you can often see after a subpar power washing job. It is also important to use someone with the knowledge of what pressure can safely be used for different surfaces and have the ability to dial back the pressure when needed. In addition, Paneless Home Services has an array of solutions to treat several types of stains and a surface spinner available that can cover large areas. It operates by using the force generated by a pressure washer to spin four spray nozzles at high speeds. This maximizes cleaning on flat surfaces. We have a $150.00 minimum job requirement for power washing. This helps to cover set-up and tear-down time as well as maintenance on the equipment. As best practice, we prefer to see pictures of your project or visit to provide a complimentary consultation. This allows us to present firm pricing but also allows us to offer the best solution. Many are unaware of the term soft washing and the benefits of using that method with stonework, algae, or roof cleaning.

SOFT WASHING

Soft washing uses low pressure and a high flow with added cleaning agents and surfactant to dissolve webs, dirt, and algae. This technique is used to kill algae and to protect softer surfaces like stucco, slate, and limestone that can be damaged by blasting high pressure. Soft washing is also great for washing the whole exterior of homes to remove all debris and reach high areas such as roofs and chimneys. Our trailer with pump systems and solution blends allow us to reach very high without leaving the ground. Instead of power washing that may clean but not kill algae, soft washing uses low pressure pumps to spray cleaning solutions. We have a multitude of formulas to handle a variety of stains including rust, grease, and mold. Besides having the proper equipment and mixture of solutions, it is also necessary to preserve plant life. Plant washes and soaking methods are used before, during, and after service to neutralize cleaning agents ensuring that your grass, shrubbery, and plants are not harmed. We also feed any affected areas to fertilize them as part of this service. Paneless has a $500 minimum job requirement for soft washing. Often cleaning one area effects another. For instance, a roof wash will require gutters be cleaned out and in some cases the face of them may need to be cleaned. Cleaning just one exterior wall will make others look worse. Depending on where run-off travels, it could make it necessary to clean patios and driveways as part of the service. It is also worth noting that the soaking and dwell time techniques involved make it more difficult to clean just one specific area. Each project is treated differently taking into consideration all things that can be effected like location of electrical outlets, and delicate plants. Planning is an essential part of a successful soft washing experience. For all these reasons and more, we find it necessary to require a higher minimum. Window cleaning is typically quoted at the same time as a soft washing service as it is traditionally done afterwards and may be necessary after performing this service.

It is recommended to seal all natural stones after a professional cleaning, please visit our sealing page to learn more.

RO technology is reverse osmosis water that is filtered through a five-stage process. This process removes all total dissolved solids and chlorine that cause water to spot or dry hard because of minerals. Since the water is pure, it acts as a cleaning agent itself. Water loves minerals so when we remove those minerals, it wants them back. We refer to it as thirsty water. So ask yourself, what is in soil? Minerals. Now you have water that wants minerals. So we use this RO water to adsorb the soil on a window or floor surfaces. This RO water is incorporated into the majority of the services we provide.
